”We had a great vacation with our immediate family of 18 people! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us to eat together at dinner each night (not an easy feat!) They also had all of our food allergies documented and made sure our food was safe to eat. The property was well maintained and the staff was very attentive and responsive. We also enjoyed the water slides! The highlight was seeing iguanas and capybaras at the pool! A great time was had by all!”

”The condo was great! We had an excellent time! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! Management was on top of everything before and during our stay! I loved that the transportation, massage, car rental were all local to Akamul. Not large corporations. I hope this continues! Everyone we met was super helpful and kind. I can't wait to return!!!”

”The property was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful! It is great to be so close to see and hear the water right from the condo. We loved snorkeling in Half Moon Bay and Yal Ku. The location is perfect - a nice walk to everything in Akumal. The sargassum seaweed was just starting to pile up - hopefully nature will help it subside in the coming years. ”Ventilator wasn't enough to cool the tent and was very lound (when it was on one could not hear the sounds of the jungle). Cenotes were lovely, we enjoyed especially the fish spa. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. There was no white wine in the restaurant, but I think it was a temporary problem 😊”
