”We will be coming back next year! We loved everything about this place! Stayed cool during the day (80 degrees outside) and we even had to turn the heat on for the little ones during the night which worked wonderfully. Instructions were very clear and helpful. Great place to stay location wise: beautiful view to sip coffee in the morning. A coffee shop next door along with an ice cream shop, brewery, and souvenir shop across the street with so many goodies. We had a big rain storm come in and...

”It was nice, but no creek and you're kind of in the middle of nowhere which made for peace & quiet.”

”The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in.”

”Great location. Great amenities. The pool was so nice. Free WiFi worked fine for us. We have Roku tv and it worked fine with the WiFi. And the host is available to answer any questions. He even helped us with early check in. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the mountains.”

”The stay was very pleasant. The RV was clean and well-equipped with amenities- blankets, pillows, towels, cooking utensils, and so on. We made use of the fire pit which sits next to a small creek. The host was very responsive to any issue we had, even sending someone to come look at a small spill early in the morning. I couldn't ask for a better experience in terms of easy glamping in the Gatlinburg area. ”
