Swimming Bear Lodge is a beautiful cabin perched above the lovely 12-acre Allen Lake. Enjoy the fire pit and the beautiful backyard overlooking the water! This cabin is tucked away in the Blue Ridge mountains with lots of privacy (one neighboring cabin) and is conveniently located 15-30 min from all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge, GA (Fall Branch Falls, Orchards, Downtown BR, Lake BR & Marina, Serenity Spa, Hiking Trails, grocery shopping, etc) This cabin accommodates up to 14 guests.
This 4 bedroom cabin rental is perfect for large families and couple retreats! . Enjoy gorgeous mature landscaping and the yard with gentle slopes and lots of space to run and play - a rare find in our mountain town! Bring your gear for fishing or relax by the lake and fire pit. The fire pit is close to the water which makes for the perfect evening outdoors, especially in the fall. Whether you're hanging out on the porches, playing in the yard, cozying up next to the indoor fireplace, or enjoying the floor plan and beautiful furnishings, the peace and serenity of the nature surrounding the cabin provides the perfect backdrop to your getaway in the mountains.
This 3 story cabin features a large living room on the main floor with a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that highlight the beautiful lake and forest views, a large stone wood burning fireplace, Streaming/Satellite TV, and games, and a half bath. (Firewood is provided) The bedroom on this floor has a Queen suite with Smart/Satellite TV, porch access, and an attached bathroom with a tub shower and a walk in closet.
The dining table overlooks the water, features a custom branch chandelier, and seats 10 with 4 extra seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has lake views and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wine glasses, cleaning supplies, trash compactor, knife set, cuisinart toaster oven, wine cooler, BBQ tools, pantry space, ice maker, blender, dishes, serving bowls, pots and pans, Tupperware, mixing bowls, silverware, strainers, cutting boards, mixing utensils, can opener, zester, masher, scoop, peeler, wine opener, scissors, measuring utensils, serving platters, casserole dishes, baking pans, cake pans. The butlers pantry area has a sink, Keurig, Cuisinart 12 cup brew pot coffee maker, mugs, and dishes.
The laundry area has a washer, dryer, vacuum, and mop.
The main level porch features outdoor seating. The screened in porch has a ping pong table, seating, a wood fireplace, and a Smart TV (streaming only). The beautiful yard area off of the kitchen features an outdoor dining table that seats 8, a Traeger wood fired grill, a gas grill that uses propane tanks.
The loft features a sitting area, keyboard, kids games, books, and a workspace. There is a King master suite, Pack n Play, Streaming/Satellite TV, and an attached bathroom with a tile walk in shower.
The lower level has an entertainment area featuring skee-ball, games, table top foosball, Satellite TV, a pullout couch, and a wood burning stove. The bunk room has two sets of bunk beds, both with a double size mattress on the bottom and a twin size mattress on the top, to sleep a total of 6 guests. The bathroom on this level has a tile walk in shower. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed and patio access.
The lower level patio has corn hole boards, and a hot tub.

The garage houses the trash cans and kayaks, available for guest use.
Cell service is very poor in this area. You will need to connect to wifi.
The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.
No pets allowed.

This lake is NOT lake Blue Ridge and does not have a drop point for boats.
