”We stayed in room 122. Unknown to us. The room was near a public restroom. All night long the door slammed from individuals going in and out. An easy fix would be adjusting the gas shock to soften the door closure, or at minimum add rubber bumpers to stop the loud bang every time someone enters or exits. Horrible experience.”

So if you have to change or update your debit or credit card please check it. ”Absolutely disgusting room and was told they would move me to a different room with a king bed and a pull out couch and the bed in the couch wouldn’t even pull out and the lady staff member couldn’t even open it. Then they refused to give me a refund after I could. It even stay there. The man on staff in the morning was very unprofessional and rude. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!”
