”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that. Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...

”Positive things first: location is great (near metro and whole foods, walking distance to Georgetown, DuPont circle etc.), the room was big and had a real kitchen. Some of the staff members were super nice and helpful and some were not. But the room was not only really outdated but partially almost falling apart. And the cleaning was also so and so or then the room was just so worn-out that it just looked dirty no matter how much cleaning was done. Not going back before major renovations. ”

”Front desk was amazing on letting you know everything. They kept the breakfast area very clean & the coming out fast & hot. And the room was spacious & clean. Location was very convenient to some restaurants & to a very big mall only 5mins away. The lobby/lounge area was set up nice & cozy. Very relaxing & modern. Wren restaurant was also a very nice to have right there in the hotel. Would definitely come back again!”
