”Everything was fine besides the pool area smelled pretty bad.”

”Always, 1st Class!”

”I just want to put that experience behind me did not stay ended up leaving”

”The heater/air conditioner was so loud. I had to turn it off so I could sleep. It would cycle on and off and every time it came on, it would wake me up.”

”Loved having a washer and dryer, super convenient. The staff was so friendly and the room was very comfortable. The sheets had some stains on them and the staff were prompt and apologetic on the issue.”

”We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

”The room was clean, cozy and the staff was amazing kind and made us feel welcomed.”

”Amazing stay! Mrs. Jennifer was welcoming at check-in. The rooms were spacious and super clean. I will most definitely be back! My son is stationed nearby, and this will be the place for our family to stay every time. Amazing hotel!!!!!”

”They never disappoint, great clean place”

”Beautiful hotel and clean. Breakfast was ok, would've liked more choices- I'm vegetarian. Room was great plenty of room even had a couch with 2 beds. The beds were very comfortable although the pillows were terrible each bed had 3 but felt like 1 flat pillow. Would stay again but bring my own pillow.”

”What I didn't like was you advertised Airport, but did not provide a shuttle! That was a surprise because I thought you did. My bad, but that won't happen again.”

”The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods. The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk .”

”I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet.”

”Terrible”

”Loved the stay”

”I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!”
