”Enjoyed the stay. Staff was accommodating to our late check-in. We had put out arrival was to be at 130am we ran into traffic, we didn’t arrive till 3am. The gentleman checking us in was so nice and friendly. The checkout staff in the morning were very nice as well. I will stay here again!!!!”

”Most amazing right in the middle of the mountains stay I’ve ever had! The owners are phenomenal people and the city is being built back up but it’s busy and stores are open for business! If your thinking about booking just do it ☺️”

”We only stayed one night. The Inn had not opened for the season yet. It is still recovering from hurricane Helene as is all of Lake Lure. Therefore, there was no dining available. We only encountered one staff person. The reception desk young woman, who was extremely courteous and accommodating. She even offered to take our bags upstairs to our room since the elevator was out of commission. Would definitely return again when everything is in operation.”

”Clean rooms and comfortable beds”

”Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! ”

”Great location. Walks to get a good meal or a drink were from 1 to 12 minutes. Hotel itself was very nice and clean. Staff was very attentive. We have found our new place to stay in Asheville from now on.”

”Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. ”
