”The property is always immaculately, clean and always very quiet. When I go to johnson city, I always stay there.”

”Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation”

”Nice people, clean, comfy beds and pillows. We used the outside patio inches evening. Lovely fire pit. Easy parking. Good breakfast, paid for separately. Great experience. See you next year!”

”The bedding at spots on it also did the towels, there was sticky stuff on the tables and half the plugs didn’t work, we did not once comeplane about anything and that was our mistake. Also it was never mentioned that they was remolding the hotel on any website so be ready to be woken up by load beeping and banging and eveything else at 730. My mistake for not taking pictures of everything in the room prior to sitting, touching or anything before you take pictures of everything towels, bedding,...

”The floor in my room was filthy. There was human feces on my sheets that I had to request to have changed. I brought it to the attention of the manager and she did not allow any refund. The washing machine was not working so I had to go to an off site laundry to do my laundry. Do not stay at this property. Pay the extra ten or twenty dollars to have a better, cleaner stay!”

”Hotel was clean and located near lots of chain food restaurants. I did not receive great service at the hotel burger spot; the burger was overpriced and trying to be fancy, and it took burgers way too seriously.”

”Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location.”

”Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...
