”I booked 4 rooms total for my employees and paid the full amount and even had an extra night for multiple rooms that were UNUSED. They ended up charging our card TWICE for missing room keys? We travel 20-30 times a year and I have never in my life seen such terrible practice. Never staying here again. Unacceptable.”

”Huone oli siisti, henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen, ja aamupalaa oli myös monipuolista ja hyvää. Plussana, että lämpimät aamupalatarjoulut vaihtelivat hieman päivästä toiseen. ”

”Nuhjuinen hotelli, huoneen ikkuna lähinnä vitsi, aamiaisella kaikki kertakäytöastioista, uima-allas ei houkutellut. Pysäköinti oli, mutta epäselvää pitikö siitä maksaa. Parasta kävelymatka Broadwaylle ja viereisen La Quintan aulabaari. Kiitos aamiaisen henkilökunnalle”

”The hotel is ok. But they need to improve service. The towels are worn. The hair dryer didn’t work.
I requested a towel and another hairdryer, and it took so long that by the time they brought them, I didn't need them anymore.”

”The water pressure (shower and sink) is terrible. The beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately the breakfast food was just ‘0k’. We only ate one time in the dining room for breakfast and the employee probably shouldn’t have come to work, she was a bit Ruben’s short with all guest.”

”The property check in is completely remote. The instructions are sent to you the day before and there were no issues with this at all. They have emergency contact numvers if you get stuck. It has its own onsite parking and it's just a short 15 min drive into Central Nashville. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. It was near a Walmart and various dining places were within walking distance. The only thing I would day is the rooms have zero soundproofing... so you can hear the conversations...
