”The pool was not open and specifically asked the lady at the front desk if it was heated since it was outside. She informed me yes it was a heated pool but didn't inform me it was closed when I asked. My daughter was all excited got ready we went to the pool to find out it was closed. The front desk attendant gave us zero information.”

”For a very old hotel, it was wonderful! The staff was fantastic and took care of things better than we would have expected. They were all very friendly. Our waitress Maggie, took good care of us and the manager Michael got us a drink even though the bar was about to close for the night. We would definitely stay at the Terrace Inn again.”

”Our room was clean and pretty, but no coffee maker, no fridge, and no TV. The floor was so far off level we were literally walking downhill to the bathroom. No continental breakfast, and the desk clerk wasn't sure when the restaurant opened on Sunday morning. Beautiful place, but not our thing.”

”We arrived on a Friday night. The parking lot was flooded due to severe area rains. The owners were working diligently to reduce the level of water. We were directed to park in the rear and had no issue doing so. I cannot and will not fault the owners. They were working very hard for those staying there. I found the room clean and comfortable. ”When I arrived in my room after check-in, the first thing I did was check the sheets. Both beds had stained sheets. The front desk employee apologized and gave me another one. I checked those, they were both dirty. I went back to the man at the desk and he went looking for a clean room, which took another 20 mins. ”Great location. Clean, quiet, very comfortable beds. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and outgoing. Made for a perfect few days away.”
