”Every staff member I encountered was exceptionally gracious and helpful.
My room was well appointed... better than most ib n this price range.
The elevators we're noisy and seemed in need of service. I believe at least one of them had an out of date inspection.
Complimentary breakfast would have been appreciated.”

”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that.
Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...

”Clean room, clean hallways and other public areas. All staff at every shift was cheerful, helpful, and knowlegable about the surrounding Md. and D.C. area. Two staff members in particular stand out: The young man on front desk 1/15/26 in the early am hrs (1-3) assisted me with technology on my own laptop as the hotel's computer wasn't quite working and I needed to meet a 9am deadline. The young lady on front desk morning hrs (around 6-9 am) 1/16/26 and check out 1/17, was extremely graceful...
