”I stayed at this hotel for one night during my visit to Italy with my friend. This hotel was excellent, 10/10! A special thank you goes to the lovely lady at the reception, Amina. She made plenty of calls to reserve a wine tasting experience and an opera show for us and gave us advice on how to get around town. The customer service at this hotel is exceptionally great! ”Erinomainen tukikohta autolla Toscanaa kierrellessa. Idyllinen sijainti hiljaisessa Colle di Val de'Elsan vanhassa kaupungissa linnanmuurien sisapuolella. Taysin uusitut siistit ja tyylikkaat huoneet. Ystavallinen ja avulias henkilokunta. Aamiainen monipuolinen, hyva iltaravintola.”

”Ho soggiornato nella Suite monolocale Exclusive Brunello, per una notte con mio marito. Camera molto carina e spaziosa, è un monolocale con piccolo angolo cucina, divano, terrazzo e bagno con doccia. Locale pulito e accogliente . Posizione centrale ottima! Personale gentile , ci hanno offerto parcheggio a prezzo conveniente adiacente al locale . Per entrare in Ztl hanno comunicato loro ns dati al comune per permetterci di passare e ci hanno spiegato da dove entrare e come fare....

”Unbelievable experience and stay. We stayed in Room 16 overlooking the city center. It was perfect to people watch. I had read previous reviews on the breakfast being disappointing. Nothing further from the truth. Everything is homemade and if you want eggs and bacon they cook it to order. Not to mention the view. Highly recommended staying. Only downside is the parking but not there fault.”

”We had a very pleasant stay, air condition was effective even though the weather was really hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone who is traveling by car.”

”The room, bed, bathroom, breakfast, service - everything was perfect. The only small minus I have to give to the breakfast room - between 8:30 - 9:30 it was grouded and customers had to queue too long for coffee. The personnel was busy to clean up tables and my breakfast was twice cleaned away while I was queing coffee. What a waste.”

”Simply - highly recommended! The location is perfect with a 5 min walk to the city center with a lot of attractions as well as for day trips to cities/villages in Toscany with a car. Rooms are stylish and very very clean! Staff is very helpfull and nice. Here they really take care of you! This was our 2nd more than one week stay in this hotel. A very easy and safe choice for our next trips in Toscany too.”
