”It's a 3 stars Hotel, so don't expect too much. Rooms needs improvements and better attention to cleaning. Didn't expect that in a Japanese hotel! Breakfast was below average but ok. Just can say the receptionist was great”

”The concierge, Ariel was very helpful & pleasant. He helped us to find a hospital when we needed medical care. The front desk staff, Anna & Kanai were very helpful because they speak English. The drivers were very nice & kind although we don't speak Japanese.
The room's toilet makes very loud noise whenever we flushed. The sewer under the bath tub smells like something rotten.
Also, we had a business class room, wish there an extra chair in room.”

”This is a hidden gem. Beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained with wonderful staff, and central in the touristy area of Narita. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants, and the temples and shrines. About 15 minutes walk from the train station. If you are looking for a Japanese experience, I would highly recommend this place. Don’t skip the Japanese breakfast.”
