”They require a deposit which is about twice the sum I paid for a one night's accommodation. It is required to be paid by PayPal or other solutions outside of Hotels.com or the payment card used for the booking. There is no guarantee you will ever see that money returned. As I saw some other reviews stating that they had in fact not returned the deposit, I declined to pay it.”

”Same complaint that dozens of reviewers have mentioned. No customer service. They respond to texts an hour or two later with unhelpful information. Will not give access code. This is a scam and expedia needs to kick these awful people to the curb.”

”DO NOT book this Motel. We stayed 15 minutes and we had to leave. The clerk even said the pictures used for the rooms weren't those. We got put in a room that had partical board holding the mattress up. The bathroom door was complete busted out were the knob should be and 1 of the door panels was stapled to try and cover that door. LOOKED LIKE A CRIME SEEN. No tv's in the rooms, most of the outlets were just wires sticking out of the wall. I'm 63 years old and been many places and many hotels...

”Ok---this place is dangerous. Whatever you do, never take a family there. When I pulled in, before I ever checked in, there were 2 women fist fighting in the parking lot, a circle of lowlifes watching. It's not safe.”
