This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I discovered bed bugs in the bed during my stay — and I have photos to prove it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I had bites on my skin, couldn’t sleep, and had to throw out some of my personal belongings just to avoid bringing the infestation home.
When I reported it to the front desk, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. No apology, no offer to move rooms or provide a refund. The staff acted like this was no big deal. It’s beyond frustrating and totally unprofessional.
If you care about your health, your belongings, or basic hygiene — stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
