Not very clean. Room has a man cologne smell, the pillows smelled like they haven’t been washed, jacuzzi was gross to look at. Maintenance doesn’t keep up with the property. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I requested a connecting room and they gave us rooms next door to each other instead. We had a neighbor complaining about the doors constantly opening and closing, but, it wouldn't have been an issue if we had the room we requested. The front desk agent said it was completely full, but, I've been in hospitality that's not always true. They prioritize those rooms for certain people.

It is a nice hotel, smaller than i thought. My kids loved the pool , the water was a perfect temp , went to the hot tub 1 time it was good, except there's always kids in it. Breakfast was good and standard. Eggs, sausage , waffle station,cereal etc. Would love more variety of fruits other than apples and bananas. Even if we had to pay for it. Front desk staff is very helpful. My door latch was coming off and it was fixed the next morning, but i still only barely slept because it was only me with 3 kids. Our room was cleaned everyday, which i appreciate with a 4 and 7 year old. They have a happy hour and you get a coupon for 2 alcoholic drinks , did that on the last evening there. Kids got free soda along with their snacks. It was great. 1 complaint is the Gym. It had 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill and 1 bench without weights. Went to exercise, there was no towels, or equipment wipes to clean up. Went to get water the light was on, it was empty. Sespite this, the hotel was worth the price. Hotel is is about 10 mins from the largetest mall in illinois, And lots of other restaurants nearby.

Very pleased with this property. Hotel was great, hot tub and pool was great. Staff checking in was awesome. Would gladly stay here again any time!

The heating/Air unit in our room was very loud and the traffic on the street in front was very loud which made it difficult to sleep.. also the hallway on our floor smelled very strong of marijuana throughout our stay

Lisa at the front desk checked us in and was very nice. The hotel was in good shape. The pool & hot tub were were very clean and comfortable temperatures. The later hours for the pool area were very nice as well as the last hour reserved for adults. Nice touch! The bed was very comfortable. The bath looked to have been renovated. The towels are worn but usable. I understand if they are big and fluffy they would probably disappear. The breakfast was average. All in all, I would stay again if we need while in town. For a hotel in this price range, well worth staying at. A good value, great staff, and very safe.

A Pleasant Surprise
The desk clerk was incredibly friendly. The hotel offers a bottle of wine to the person who makes the reservation. But I'm not much of a wine drinker, so the desk clerk let my husband, my 5-year-old son, and me each select an item from the fridge/snack area. There was a variety of choices. The room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub, but it was out of order on the second day of our visit. There were several options at breakfast. (They even had waffle iron spray so the waffles didn't stick!) There were vending machines with Pepsi products - my favorites. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is not what it used to be. The hot tub was not working, because of that there were too many people in the pool and LOTS of kids. The towels were thin and cheap. The temperature was horrible, one degree made it too hot or too cold. The front desk staff tried to upgrade us for the inconvenience but the king room had a tiny bathroom and seemed like a downgrade. Breakfast was almost not even edible. The eggs were overcooked the sausage tasted old and there wasn’t much variety. I asked if there was new management and was told Radisson no longer owns it. I will not be back.

Didn’t like that we was on the 1st floor, too much traffic from the pool area. Breakfast needs to provide other types of meats besides pork, everyone doesn’t eat pork.
