The Space:
This high-end apartment offers two comfortable queen bedrooms: the first with a TV and walk-in closet, and the second with a closet and proximity to the hall bathroom.

The living area, with its high ceilings and natural light, features a Sonos sound system, and the full kitchen is ready for your culinary creations.

A single rollaway bed is in the unit for an additional guest, and a Pack 'n Play is available upon request for your convenience. Kindly note that check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Other Things to Note:
- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $1000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Please review our house rules before booking.

- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!

- Our standard time for check-in is from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM.

- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions. A fee of $50 per night applies. For more details, please contact us directly. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay.
