Experience a stylish escape in 'The Hamilton', our high-end 2BR apartment nestled in the prime location of Chicago's Gold Coast. Enjoy stunning views from your private balcony and a short walk to Michigan Avenue's best.

The Space:
The main bedroom provides a comfortable queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with a closet and hall bathroom. The spacious living area, bathed in natural light from oversize windows, is enhanced by a Sonos sound system.

For your comfort, we provide high-quality coffee and tea, earplugs and an eye mask for better sleep, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-brand appliances.

A single rollaway bed is available for an extra guest, and a Pack 'n Play can be requested.

The building also offers exceptional amenities, including:

The Neighborhood:
The Gold Coast in Chicago is the wealthiest neighborhood in the city and one of the most affluent in the U.S. In close proximity to the downtown area, the Gold Coast is a neighborhood with historical charm, beautiful pathways and delightful architecture.

Other Things to Note:
- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $1000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Kindly review our house rules before booking.

- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night, but spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!

- Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM.
