Bathroom needed some maintenance, reported to front desk upon checkout.
Couldn’t get TV to work, got new remote from desk still didn’t work. Front desk offered to come to room to fix it but I declined.

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest!
When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active.
Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”Legendary hotel with good location. Only negative was a billing policy. For example if you take drinks in the bar on room bill, you have to pay extra. Very strange practise. But hotel is nice and service was friendly and polite. Like a good old days.”

”The staff was very welcoming and they had a shuttle to take you to Memphis or other spots nearby. The layout of the room was nice. There was a comfortable couch and the television pivoted so you could watch from the bed or the couch. The shower was slippery. Wish there were safety bars. The breakfast was fair. The usual food you find like scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy. All just average - nothing special. Overall it was prerty basic. ”
