Tolles Objekt, es roch leider stark aus den Bädern, das Leitungswasser war ungenießbar, aber ansonsten viel Platz und sehr netter Empfang durch Mary

Eine sehr gute Urlaubsunterkunft.

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war sie sehr unser Wohl bemüht. Die Urlaubsunterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Auch der Außenbereich insbesondere Garten und Pool haben uns sehr gefallen.

Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen

Das Haus ist freundlich und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet, Betten sehr gut, alle Fenster mit Fliegengitter und Rolläden ausgestattet. Es ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen ca. 2 km bis zum sehr langen wunderschönen Sandstrand. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( z. B. Lidl ) befinden sich im Radius von 5 min Autofahrt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant Popeye, das sich in 15 min Fußweg entfernt befindet ( ausgezeichnete Tapas u.a. ). Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit bei einem Problem erreichbar und kümmert sich unverzüglich. Die Willkommensgrüße im Kühlschrank und der umfangreiche Obstkorb signalisierten sofort Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

A lovely villa in a quiet area with super pool and outdoor space

We stayed for 11 nights with our 16 and 14 year old daughters in July. All communication with Mary was excellent and she met us as arranged to show us around her villa. The villa is large and well equipped with everything we needed including good air conditioning and WiFi. The outdoor space was brilliant - a great pool, sun beds and 3 seating areas with comfy chairs and tables. The covered area beside the bbq was perfect when we needed shade. We used the bbq a few times but also ate out at Popeyes restaurant which was 10 minutes walk a few nights and had a take away from the other local restaurant. There are plenty restaurants down at the beach area too. There is a handy little supermarket near by and also plenty large supermarkets within 10 minute drive. We visited Cádiz, Tarifa and Jerez all of which we liked. We had a super holiday and really enjoyed our stay at Mary’s villa.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren im Juni 2018 für eine Woche in diesem großzügigen Haus und sehr zufrieden: gute Ausstattung, schöner Pool und super ruhige Lage (was wir besonders genossen haben). Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet plus großem Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Es gibt im Außenbereich verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, welche wir gerne zu den verschiedenen Tageszeiten genutzt haben. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin Mary ist sehr nett und hat uns mit Wein, Softdrinks und einem Obstkorb begrüßt und steht bei Fragen oder Problemen (die wir allerdings nicht hatten) jederzeit zur Verfügung.Ein empfehlenswertes Objekt für entspannte Ferien!

A Hidden Treat

Villa is in a quiet residential area. Lots of outdoor space, garden area, covered area to the kitchen, large BBQ courtyard and the front garden/fruit trees and a really good sized pool. Plenty of room to park. Kitchen is well equipped and there's air conditioning throughout. We spent very little time inside choosing to be outside when we were at the villa. The villa is not overlooked, secure and alarmed. Turn right out of the drive and it's a 30-40 minutes walk to the beach via the main road or turn left and it's 10 minutes through the short cut (not for the less mobile). 2 restaurants at the end of the road, ( the Tapas Bar is great value for money) Mercadona, Supersol and Lidl only a couple of minutes drive away (and McDonalds) Mary is very helpful and responds very quickly to any queries. The couple of problems we did have were resolved very quickly with a maintenance man sent out straight away. From our first booking enquiry to leaving on the last day she was extremely pleasant and certainly provides a great customer service. Lots of places to go out and visit. Santa Petre is definitely worth a visit with water sports and boat hire available. The beaches are clean and busy (up to the end of September we are told) Lifeguards on duty and regularly go up and down on beach buggies as well. We hope to go back soon
