✨ Easy, No-Stress Checkout
Because we include a cleaning fee, checkout is simple. As long as the apartment is left in reasonable condition, there’s no extensive chore list — enjoy a relaxed morning and a warm cup of coffee before heading out.

🔧 Maintenance Access
Per apartment complex policy, maintenance staff may occasionally require access to the property for routine or necessary upkeep. Proper notice will always be provided in accordance with local regulations.

For your peace of mind, the individuals involved in a prior unauthorized entry incident are no longer employed by the complex, and all access codes have been updated.

Our sofa is a sleeper, which makes it perfect if you’d like to bring an extra guest along. While it’s super functional, we want to be transparent that it’s on the firmer side (think supportive rather than sink-in cozy). We provide extra throw pillows to help make it more comfortable for lounging, and of course it easily converts into a bed when needed.

🌿 Grounds & Garden Care
We take pride in maintaining our green spaces. Our gardener visits periodically to care for the landscaping as needed (schedule may vary).
