”Their WiFi was down throughout my whole stay.”

”Check in was a delight. Had a familiar friendly and professional staff behind front desk. Unfortunatelu when checking out in the next morning, case was opposite, receptionist was unpolite and not at all customer friendly. And breakfast buffet was empty. Still once again nice stay.”

”This is an older property and could use some updating. With that said the room was very clean. The owners that run the place are extremely nice. Unlike some luxury hotels the room was made up every day with fresh towels. If you want a luxury spa environment this is probably not the place. But for a clean nice safe place to stay I strongly recommend! I have stayed here before and will return in the future. ”

”This property is impeccably clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and attentive to you wants and needs. I loved the comfortable beds and sheets, and it was great to be able to control the temperature effectively. I was overly satisfied with this property and will definitely be back!”

”GPS directions led me to the wrong location, which made arrival a bit frustrating. I was really looking forward to a good night’s rest, but the freeway noise is quite loud—earplugs would be a helpful addition so guests can come prepared. Breakfast was okay, though there was no staff present to restock items at the time. I was still able to grab something, but it could be better managed. ”I enjoyed the stay. The room was great parking was a bit of a challenge, but we managed it would definitely do it again.”

”It smelled horrible, the staff refused to change our room, but gave us a spray bottle with chemicals in it to make it smell betterknowing we had newborn twins.”

”The bed was dirty when we checked in. Asked the front desk for another room and was refused. Then we were yelled at and asked to leave the property and not come back. The front desk did not give us a full refund. ”

”The tub was filthy and didn’t shower there! The bathroom had no toilet paper, had to go to office to get some. The floors had not been cleaned. Seen 3 roaches while I was there. Never again will I stay there! ”
