”We had a reunion to go to in Orland, California. And we had friends that were in Chico. So the location was perfect. The room was perfect and we had a great time.”

”I really enjoyed my stay here. I can tell a lot of thought and care is put into the home. I was happy with the clear instructions to find the unit, the cleaning of the unit, and how well equipped the space is.”

”Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. ”

”So basically a hotel room in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dresser & closet space with hangers. Comfortable Q bed, quality towels, everything I needed. I had to search the internet to figure out how to operate the coffee maker, but they supplied plenty of pods for it. I know its a Chico thing but ther are no street lights on the block. Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again.”

”I was up here for work and stayed two nights. Very comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen has the basics for cooking and dining. Plenty of shaded street parking.”
