”Yes rooms were clean but unfortunately didn't make the experience extraordinary in anyway celebrating a birthday here, from the not ideal dinner table location or room offered under the fitness room with banging in the morning. And put on the highest most inaccessible from with a newborn. Missing that precision care from a Relais Chateau property.”

”This hotel has never let me down. The restaurant food is delicious. They offer breakfast and dinner and I highly recommend BOTH! The kitchen staff is so friendly. The reception staff are also friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's a very quiet place to sleep. I took advantage of the fitness room during my 4 day stay. Just perfect. The reason for the 4/5 score for the 'condition of the property' is because only one of two elevators was working and...

”The staff are incredibly friendly. Every time I passed an employee I received a smile and a hello. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast the next day and were really impressed with the food quality. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had!”

”Great stay! Would recommend but note that there are several messages and forms you receive prior to check-in. When we got to the concierge desk to check-in, they asked for our room number, and I had no idea where to find it in amongst all the messages/documents. So, stay here but just know there will be a series of things to do in advance and it would be helpful to make a note of info from those documents to have easily on hand. ”

”I'm so disappointed. My eoom was supposed to ne smoke free stinked of smoke and cigarette buds outside door leading to back. The room carpet disgusting bed dirty everything was dirty and disgusting. When i arrive someone was being escorted out by police. Not a place You would want to take your family. Even the iron was molded ridiculous place. Good if you smoke or up to know good to book at this place. ”

”There isnt enough room in this message box to list the many MANY issues with this place. If you own a tent, that would be an upgrade from this place. Out of all of the digusting things and violent people next door banging around so hard my beds headboard shook, i would say the worst thing was the fact my door wouldn't lock and i only realised that in the morning. I accidently tried opening the door without even thinking of the lock and it opened. I wondered if maybe i spaced out and unlocked it...

”Well appointed rooms, lousy sport team guests. Hot tub was good, would be nice if there was a sign to indicate the frequency that it turns on. The lousy guests were in the hallways in the wee hours drinking and being loud. ”
