We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively. The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. ”This property has some good functional points: the beds were clean and comfortable, the fridge was clean, and the kitchen and cleaning supplies are the most abundant I’ve seen in most rentals. Unfortunately, the home itself feels old, dingy, and dirty. The renovations appear to be cheap, amateur DIY projects. ”The property was beautiful and clean. We were there for my Grandson graduation from Western New England University the house didn’t disappoint. the back porch/patio was great we were going to go out to dinner after graduation but instead we barbecue and spent quality time with Family before sending Grandson to Washington DC. The next day we were headed back to California. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.”
