”Hotel has a good location and I have stayed there 3 times. Overall a great place for the price. The breakfast was disappointing this morning I opened a milk and it was curdled only a couple days past the use by date but this had obviously been warm. I looked for a replacement and they were all past the use by date. Kind of disappointing. I want to like the hotel but not really open to being offered food beyond its date especially if it has been stored poorly.”

”The entire building looked like it was abandoned. No signage in the building. The entire first floor was under construction. Can’t use the exits anywhere except the front entrance. No parking out front because it is roped off for the workers to do their work of painting in the building. There are no doors on the back of the building where we are all forced to park, in between construction trucks and dumpsters. Tried to use the laundry room and there were clothes in the washer that were...

”A nice and clean hotel with good road connections. In the room there is a loud air conditioning. In our case the location was perfect, but if you plan to stay in downtown, then this hotel is a bit too far, about 20 min by car. In any case a car is needed in Omaha.”

”I was very happy. And that can be hard at times with the lack of great service one sees these days. Place was immaculate. Staff was on it. Bed and room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was way better than most.”

”Clean room, great breakfast, pet friendly. Our room was very nicely sized with plenty of room. A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were okay, but there were all the same so no options if you liked something flatter or fluffier. Our shower was great and roomy. We had a dog (140 lbs) with us and they have a small grassy area near the building that worked great. The area seemed a little sketchy. There was a guy looking in car windows when we arrived, so we brought in...

”Water pressure is awful, took me an extra 20 minutes to get my hair rinsed. Housekeeping is every other day so if you need towels, water, or clean sheets you are out of luck and have to buy water from store at double price. Pool occupancy is 9, so if you go down there and there is a birthday party happening like we did you are out of luck and can't swim. Hotel was clean, nice and surroundings were good. The parking is good other than when it rains it floods. Not sure we will stay again but again...

”We chose this location because of its proximity to the Blackstone Neighborhood and its pool. The rooms were clean, though our garbage was not emptied once in the 4 days that we were there. The biggest issue that we had with this property was one of the front desk workers. It got to the point where we would think of alternate routes to avoid walking by the desk. She would admonish our children for walking back from the pool, talking at normal volumes, and even went so far as to use profanity...
