”I had to ring the bell two times to get someone to come to the front desk. In the room there was food in the fridge and microwave. There was stuff spilled all over the wall and the dresser. Bed was clean, bathroom was ok, and check out was easy”

”Hotel is under renovations, which i can tell has made massive improvements to the property and they have a little to go to complete them. Service was very nice. Our completed room was flawless. The breakfast buffet was good...just wished the juice machine worked as they then only had water for the kids to drink. Overall considering renovations, was good and would stsy here again.”

”When I booked my reservation, I knew this was an economy hotel therefore, my expectations weren't high. However, this place was substandard, even for and economy motel. To start with, the clerk at check in was bored. While she was polite, it was obvious that she would have preferred to be someplace else. When I checked into my room, I noticed there were no coat hangers on the rack. While I didn't really mind, because I didn't need them, to me it was a basic sign of neglect. The next thing...

”There was construction but otherwise it was a great stay! ”

”Lots of maintenance needed in the room I stayed in. Bathroom sink that didn’t drain well. Holes in the window curtains. Upholstered chair that had seen better days long, long ago. Cigarette burns in the shower stall. Kind of a mess! ”

”The room was nice and the food was amazing, breakfast was great as well. My only issue was I had booked a handicapped accessible bathroom and did not get one. They were not able to change up my room as they gave it to another person in our group that was not needing that type of room. ”

”Sadly, my wife made the discovery that the sheets in our bed were dirty sheets that even included blood spots on them. I’m not talking stained sheets, they literally were soiled with fresh blood spots. The guy at the front desk did change rooms for us but both rooms had a very musty smell. ”

”Room was clean, quiet and well maintained. Would stay there again.”
