We felt that price point should’ve involved a full time front desk with baggage assistance. There was no elevator and stairs were required to get to rooms.”

”The breakfast was continental as stated but was hoping for eggs and meat. Also no coffee in the room.
When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. Great customer service from this manager!!”
