”This hotel is right on the Riverwalk. The breakfast is excellent with fresh made omelettes available as well as many other choices. The hotel is bright and airy, and the rooms are in great condition. The only complaint that I would have is in the gym and in the access to outdoor space and there’s a small area to sit outside in, but otherwise there’s no place to just sit outside and look at the beautiful view. Unless of course it’s 4 o’clock and the rooftop bar happens to be open, but you can’t...

”We had to wait until 8pm to check in. They gave us “free Breakfast” which was not free. It was a voucher for $20 for 2 people. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken so there was no privacy when using the toilet. The bar was closed for a wedding. I was quite disappointed. The staff were kind but there was apparently nothing more they could do. ”

”This is absolutely a First Class Hotel. From the moment we checked in at the front desk, greeted by a very professional young man Preston to the time we checked out everything was perfect!!!! We were celebrating our 45th anniversary and the hotel made everything so special. This was our 2nd visit here and will be returning often. Thank you Preston for a job well done. 👍”

”This place is exceptional from customer service to the cleanliness of the rooms. I truly enjoyed my stay also there are mexican and sushi restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance.”

”I booked through expedia.com who reserved the wrong room. When i got there i was told they were sold out deal with it for days i requested to be moved and was told no until one of employees nice gentleman name look switched my room wich I was greatfull for but then I called Expedia back to let them know what was going on they gladly lied said they would comp me 3 days stays then when they contacted the hotel the lady maid all kinds of accusations and threw me out of the hotel not only threw me...

”Room was gross. Weird large table in the room clearly being stored in there forsome reason since it was wrapped with a Moving blanket. Shower was gross and would not drain the shower pan filled up and ran over onto the floor which would explain the state of the door. Swolen and gross. Took about 40 min to drain. I had to use almost all my towels for the floor. Towels were thin and cheap. I would like at least 40% of my money back. ”
