”Booking through Expedia did not offer the same customer service friendly staff as you would booking directly with the hotel. Once the check in issue was resolved, my stay was good. Breakfast buffet was a highlight for our family needs. Would recommend!”

”All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you.
My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak.”

”I stayed in room 316, I tried making a call phone wasn’t working!! I spoke to a gentleman, before leaving No one ever came to change the phone, I had to use my cell phone. I spoke to the young lady at the front desk about my concerns and her response was I understand not I’ll give you a discount everything else was okay.”
