”We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, had access to laundry facilities, exercise room was neat n clean, and the added accessories—that you would not find in a hotel—were a pleasant surprise. The ease of getting in touch with the hosts was a plus. When in the area again we will be sure look them up!!! An elevator would have been nice, but I handled the small amount of steps to get to the second floor.”

”Twenty of twenty one members of our children and grandchildren gathered for a 4 day reunion in East Peoria. We were greeted by our host and his new wife and given a room by room tour of the premises. Even though we knew what we were expecting, we were still astonished at the size and beauty of what we saw. ”I stayed here with my Brother, Sister and Cousin for two nights to attend our Aunt's funeral service. It was so nice to be able to unwind and reminisce in this beautiful home versus staying in hotel rooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen were my favorite rooms -very open, welcoming and bright! Truly just steps to the downtown area. After check out, my sister and I shopped at a few boutique-type stores and ate at the nearby brewery. We'd stay at the Heirloom again!!”

”The views are incredible. I loved looking out onto the river in all directions and at night the moon light shimmered on the water. I enjoyed watching the tow boats and barges, people kayaking, and the wildlife. I saw a pelican - how cool was that. The hosts were awesome too, with friendly and informative communication.”
