”The space is a little tight with no real area to sit and watch tv, the kitchenette is a dresser with some plug n appliance - no sink - so really, a snack centre. Beds are comfortable, it’s quiet, located close to the city centre. All considered - compared to other places, the cost is fair. ”

”The house was very clean. It was great to have laundry facilities available. The beds were very comfortable but not all beds had propers sheets on them. The kitchen needed a few more items. Having more cutlery and more than 2 paring knives and paper towel would be ideal. The ad says the backyard was under renovations but it seems more like there was a tenant in the back. This house is close to downtown making it close to anything you might need or want to explore”
