”Kaikki hotelliin liittyvät asiat aivan OK, henkilökunta tosi ystävällistä.
Kaikki meni chek out:iin saakka loistavasti.
Tämänjälkeen iso ongelma, takuumaksuna 2:sta huoneesta yhtä 6000rmb ei ole hotelli vieläkään palauttanut ( lähdöstä 3vrk).
Matkustan paljon ja tämä on pohjanoteeraus.”

”Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! ”

”It was a great hotel and a great golf course.The hotel is clean and friendly.The golf course is also nice and beautiful, but the front lady's attitude is very disappointing.But I really want to go there again.”

”This is my second time here. Great breakfast buffet! So many options, my family enjoyed a lot.
Hotel is a bit old… I need to push super hard to close my room door. I booked a private pool room but the pool doesn’t look clean…
Overall the experience was good because of the breakfast but prob wont come back again unless they renovate or have new activities going around.”

”We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites are spacious, great for family vacation with kids. The kitchen comes handy for some light cooking. The swimming pool areas are very pleasant for relaxing. We did swim twice when the weather was good. The water was sparkling clean! It is a very short walk to the beach, and has easy access to many great restaurants and shops.the side walk along the lake is perfect for jogging and walking.”
