”On arrival at 2.05pm we had to wait over 20 minutes to check in as there was no receptionist and a big queue formed. No apology was offered and the receptionist started chatting to the woman in front about what she was going to do during her stay, read the room! Internet was dreadful despite it being promoted. Shower gel in the wall mounted container dribbled out slowly.
Bed was comfortable but the room was very dated.”
