”Amazing stay! The views from our dome were amazing! You are literally on the top of a mountain with views down to the Urabamba river and a glacier on a distant peak. There are only a few staff that work here, and they do everything! From picking you up at the train station and from town when needed (extra fee, contact them through WhatsApp), to cooking a delicious dinner in their small restaurant. This hotel involves switchbacks on a dirt road. The last short stretch is too narrow for a car, so...

”Wonderful, clean, and incredibly cute! Jorge and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. Our room was perfect with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, juice, eggs and bread. We were honestly sad that we could only spend one night here. Suggestions to improve the experience: make the instructions for the wifi and how to use the tv remote more clear. But the front desk guy came right away and explained things to us. ”Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Otherwise perfect stay. Make sure to feed the alpacas!! You can catch the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu literally right outside hotel entrance...

”In this hotel our room was big enough, we had plenty of hot water, the room was very clean and the service exelent. There is also central heating that you can use in the case the weather is cold. At the reception they even speak english. The only that didn’t work perfectly was the service at breakfast. Breakfast itself was very good for my point of you, but you had to ask for cups, forks, knives etc, those were not allways available.”
