We welcome you and your family to “seas the day” at our unique island vacation home. Our quiet yet central location is just a half mile from Chincoteague’s main drag, Maddox Blvd! Enjoy your saltwater escape with our kayaks and boogie boards by day, and sit around our fire pit by night. Our family fell in love with this slice of paradise many years ago, and we want to give your family the opportunity to experience all of its beauty with the best stay possible.


~ABOUT THE HOUSE~
This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1636 sq. ft. townhome located in Deep Hole, Chincoteague. We have a full kitchen, living room, dining area, small office space, and fire pit. This home is perfect for a large family or two small families. We comfortably sleep 12 but can sleep a maximum of 15 with use of our sofa bed and trundle bed. Our kayaks, beach supplies, and grill are available for NO additional fee. Please note, LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED but can be rented.

LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED. However, we can provide these items for you at a cost of $17 per bed. This is to keep our cleaning and booking fees down as laundering services are costly on the island. | We use a professional cleaning company for your safety. There will be a cleaning fee added to your bill. | Access into home is by stairs only (4 steps). | A maximum of 4 cars can be parked on our property. | 4 kayaks/paddles are provided. We supply 4 keyhole life jackets (standard orange) but feel free to bring your own properly fitting life jackets. Guests will need a way to transport kayaks. | Our personal beach gear and bikes are available for your use but these items are not professionally maintained. For this reason we can not guarantee all items will be in usable condition.


~ABOUT THE LOCATION~
One of the highlights of our home is its central location. Here you’ll have easy access to the shops and restaurants along Maddox Blvd, which will take you right out to the beach, while also having distance from all the traffic and commotion. Right down the street you’ll find the esteemed Gary Howard Seafood as well as the Fir Landing kayak/boat launch into Little Oyster Bay. Across the road are some of the last areas of undeveloped land on the island, offering beautiful views of Chincoteague’s natural habitats and wildlife. Our neighborhood is especially ideal for anyone who loves walking, biking, bird-watching and taking in nature.

Getting around is extremely convenient from our home. Located only 5 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from Assateague Island, our close proximity to the heart of Chincoteague will optimize your island experience. If biking’s your thing, any part of the island is just a short ride away! Come and go with ease thanks to the spacious private parking on our property.


~HOUSE POLICIES~
No smoking/vaping in house / No pets / No parties/events / Quiet hours are 10pm-7am / No loud music / No undeclared guests / Report damage / No stealing / No illegal substances on premises / Follow all rules regarding amenities (ex: no manipulation of TV cables, keep shed locked, follow kayak safety and permit regulations etc.) / Follow all checkout instructions (*you may be billed if additional cleaning is required) / Failure to follow these rules may result in loss of security deposit, added fees and/or eviction
