If you have left any items behind, we will contact you as soon as we confirm their presence. Please note that if you wish to have the item returned, we will charge a shipping fee plus a separate return handling fee of 1,800 yen.

[Regarding Trash]
Please refrain from bringing in any trash other than that generated during your stay.
If you leave behind items that incur special disposal fees, such as suitcases, we will charge you for those fees.

・Please refrain from making loud noises or playing music at high volumes between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as this may disturb the neighbors.

・Please refrain from holding parties involving excessive drinking or large amounts of food and drink. In addition, please be considerate of our neighbors and absolutely do not litter.
*In cases of serious misconduct, we may ask you to vacate the premises immediately (no refunds will be issued).

・Pets are not allowed.

・Please do not bring skis, snowboards, boots, or similar items inside the rooms.

・Please wear sandals when walking from the sauna to the guest rooms. Please do not walk in with your outdoor shoes on.

・When entering the indoor area from the sauna, please rinse off any sweat and dry yourself before entering.

・Be sure to turn off the power after using the sauna.

・After using the barbecue, extinguish the fire and ensure it is completely out.

・Smoking is prohibited on the premises. (All types of cigarettes and e-cigarettes [such as IQOS] are prohibited) .
・Fireworks and bonfires are prohibited.

・Any behavior that violates public order and morals, or that may do so; any behavior related to criminal activity; and any behavior that provides benefits to antisocial forces is strictly prohibited.

・Please refrain from allowing non-guests to enter the room or stay overnight without permission.

・Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services are prohibited.
