Large patio deck and BBQ available. Some extras not typically found in motels or hotels. Communication with Tracey the host was precise and very helpful. 10-15 minutes to all amenities of a city. It is in an old house, so walls are not soundproof, but it wasn't terrible. The bed itself was slightly saggy, and the frame squeaked at every move, but we survived. ”Location - 10 Cleanliness - 9 Comfortably - 7 Host responsiveness - 1 The location of this property is incredible. Just a stone’s throw from downtown. The bed needs to be updated. The fan in the bathroom ran all night. The lights in the parking lot shined in the window all night. I asked about the laundry facilities but never received an answer so don’t plan on doing any laundry because it isn’t in the suite. Otherwise a reasonable stay.”
