Chisinau visit in June
The reception manager was very friendly and helpful and her customer service attitude was very good. Unfortunately some other staff members were concentrating more or less on their private calls/Internet surfing. The hotel is located on a small street (taxis have problem finding it) and in the evening the lightning is very weak. The hotel advertises massage but there is no massage in the hotel; you should take a taxi and go to another location. Spa is a misleading word. Breakfast; very basic.

Nice place with good rooms and bed. Cleaning was fine, too. Breakfast, however, was rather dull with the least tasteful produce they could find - except for the great coffee. Staff should smile more. They are helpful but seem not pleased to be there. Not a bad place.

B&B Olsi is the place to stay
The hotel is very conveniently located close for walking to downtown but far enough from all the street traffic and noise. The bed was spacious and extra firm which I prefer so it was great for my back. The breakfast was excellent I thought - with options for keto leaning dieters. Everything as fresh and the staff was attentive and accommodating. The internet was good and that was important since I worked everyday from the hotel. Quiet streets and quiet in general. I am staying again there tomorrow as a matter of fact and perhaps on one more occasion. Did I mention the price? Beats all the hotels around hands down and you get excellent service.

Good establishment overall. The room had not soundproof. You can hear everything around. Only 30 minutes of city center. I recommend for one or two nights. No more.

Venu en Moldavie pour un mariage avec ma conpagne, nous avons été très bien accueillis et logés au Bed & Breakfast Olsi. Nous avions pris une suite de 85 m² et elle était vraiment superbe. Confort et service de ménage au top. Le seul bémol concerne le petit déjeuner qui certes était offert, mais ne correspondait à un 4 étoiles selon nous.

2nd Visit
Thou I never visit the same country in sucessive years yet again I made another exception. Last time I stayed here the staff were friendly and helpful. When I arrived the staff had changed from last year but were still friendly and helpful. My room was on the 2nd floor and as the hotel has no lift it might be harder for people less mobile but is still worth staying. Breakfast is your usual Eastern European of sausages,eggs,meats, cheeses and veg as well as a pancake. Unlike most hotels breakfast is served from 07:30-10:30. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Clean and tidy. Hotel itself is nice. Shower is tiny and beds are NOT SOFT. hard time sleeping, very uncomfortable. For this being a bed and breakfast both the bed and breakfast were unsatisfactory. Breakfast consists of essentially eggs and toast. Coffee machine burns the coffee.

Very clean, comfortable hotel
Very happy with our warm, spacious, twin room which was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Beds were most comfortable and water in shower lovely and hot. Kettle provided in room. Breakfasts were delicious, served on ground floor in dining room, self-service buffet style. There was a good variety of food. Walls were not sound-proofed and although fellow guests were generally quiet, sound of snoring from other rooms could be heard during the night. Great location on the edge of the central city are for those who enjoy exploring on foot. Trolley buses within a ten minute walk.

Tolles und zentrales Hotel in der Innenstadt
Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten von Str. Stefan cel Mare entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Freundlicher Service, saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück. Top-Tipp für Chisinau.

Confortável e com ótimo atendimento.
Hotel Osli é muito bom. Bem localizado, a algumas quadras da rua principal. O quarto é muito confortável, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente e muito limpo. O quarto tem café e chás à disposição do hóspede. Super limpo e sempre bem arrumado. As meninas da recepção são super atenciosas - Doina, Lubia e Natalia - e ajudam em tudo. Minhas únicas ressalvas são: 1) falta de elevador. Então, é preciso subir com as malas porque não tem porteiro; 2) café da manhã focado apenas no mercado local e sem frutas (exceto maçãs).

Good basic hotel, close to the centre (15 mins walking), very clean, comfy bed. Despite the sound isolation, I could hear the neighbours through the wall. The shower didn’t have a proper head on it. Breakfast is very basic so I gave it a miss most days. The staff was very lovely and helpful. Enjoyed my stay, good value for money.

An Enjoyable stay with minor improvements needed.
+ The ladies on the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. + Good size room + Good Wifi + Clean room and bathroom and shower was powerful - Soundproofing was dreadful - I could hear a couple on one side of the night laughing and joking and on the other side really loud snoring. You could hear everything - The air conditioning was ineffective and did not really cool the room - The mini bar was very expensive especially compared to prices locally, it was very expensive for a hotel.

Tolles zentrales Hotel mit modernen Zimmern
Ich kenne das Comsos Hotel sehr gut, habe daher nicht all zu viel von einem Hotel in Chisinau zu diesen Preisen erwartet und wurde positiv überrascht. Zentrale Lage, saubere, moderne, große Zimmer, tolles Badezimmer, ruhige und zentrale Lage. Bis zum Blvd. cel Mare ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Toller, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Ausgiebiges Frühstück (warm & kalt). Hilfe beim Airporttaxibestellung. Personal spricht gutes Englisch. Wer ein 4 Sterne Hotel nach westlichem Niveau sucht, soll gleich das Radisson Blue buchen - sich aber nicht über die hohen Preise wundern. Das Olsi kann man gerne mit der Motel One oder Scandic Gruppe vergleichen.
