”Our original room had a bad odor/smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom didn’t have trash bags. Luckily, the staff was understanding and moved us to a different room with no fee or trouble. They also offered plant based cookies. I was very pleased with the check-in and check out at the location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of even the second room was poor but the price was extremely fair and the location was only 15 minutes away from Salem. There was always plenty of parking and the hotel...

”Entrance isn't marked clearly. Room had an odor, bathroom wasn't overly clean. TV volume had a mind of its own, looked like a dog had chewed remote. Room was spacious. Floors looked liked they were new. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy.”

”Obviously i booked this place because of the specialty room but it ended up being so much better than that! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Tons of parking. The room was way bigger than i expected and it had one of those bigger deep tubs. It was actually more than we needed. What a great experience. We'll be back.”

”Everything was great. The room was impeccably clean, but we were missing face cloths, the lights above the beds didn't work (needed new lightbulbs maybe?), and the TV remote was missing. It was late at night when we discovered these things so no one was there to call and it certainly wasn't an emergency.
