Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

”The room had a large amount of hairs (shaved hairs) in the bathroom on the floor behind the door. I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back. It still shows as pending on my bank side. The staff states it just takes a while for it to complete. It was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest. I won’t stay here again, that is for certain!”

”Checked in early which was great after a 10 hour drive. But… was told to use self check in. First time being there had no clue that bracelets were room key. Kiosk provided room number we’re assigned to but had no clue that it was ready. So I ended up having to wait 10 minutes in line anyway. The person helping me wasn’t very knowledgeable.
