The Space:

Freshly renovated and designed for easy island living, this 1-bedroom condo in Zcape X2 Bangtao is a calm retreat just steps from Boat Avenue and a short drive to Bangtao and Laguna beaches. Whether you’re working remotely or here for a relaxing holiday, the space combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of tropical charm.



Step inside and you’ll find a bright living area with a comfy sofa, Smart TV, and dedicated workspace that makes working from Phuket effortless. The private balcony overlooks the pool and lush greenery — a peaceful spot for coffee in the morning or a quiet evening breeze.



The condo is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, and super-fast Wi-Fi (1000/500 Mbps). A queen bedroom plus a sofa bed comfortably accommodate up to three guests.



Guests enjoy full access to Zcape X2’s pool, fitness room, and tropical garden courtyard, along with free parking and 24-hour security. Cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and local markets are all within walking distance, while EDC Thailand 2026 and Rhythm Park Laguna are just minutes away.

🛏️ House Rules & Amenities

For stays over 3 nights, we may schedule a light clean; for 5+ nights, a full clean with linen change. We’ll remind you at 6:00 PM the day before, and a full reset is always done on check-out day.



Included During Your Stay:

- Electricity: 35 units/day are free. Usage above that will be charged at 7 THB per unit. I’ll send meter photos at check-in and check-out to keep everything transparent.

- Water: Free of charge.

- Cleaning, linens & towels changed every 5 days



🚫 What’s Not Allowed:

- No pets

- No smoking inside (okay on the balcony)

- Do not flush toilet paper. Please use the bin provided in the bathroom.

- No durian, drugs, or illegal substances

- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM



⚠️ Please note: If any of the above rules are violated, a fine of up to 20,000 THB may be applied to cover damages, special cleaning, or disruptions to other guests.



⏰ Check-In / Check-Out

- Check-in: From 3:00 PM

- Check-out: By 12:00 PM

**Early check-in / late check-out may be possible depending on availability (extra fee may apply).



👥 Guest Limit

Maximum occupancy is 3 people.



💳 Security Deposit

No deposit needed. Just kindly take care of the space — any damages will be charged at cost if needed.
