"Good hotel and overall experience but room cleaning little lazy. Doesn’t change sheets at all unless you go to the info and ask specifically for that. Breakfast super good and lots of different options. Odd rule was that you can’t bring your own food to the hotel room but they didn’t complain if we had stuff from 7/11 there."

"We stayed three nights in our own villa. At first, we were presented with a villa that was not the same as the one we had booked. Thank god, we finally got to the right villa. The villa was nice and clean. The mood of the first day was lowered by a snake that we saw at our pool, the staff went to catch it, and a cockroach that we caught inside the apartment. Although we have traveled a lot on the different islands of Thailand, we had never encountered a snake at the accommodation before. I would have expected that a five-star hotel would have a better look at the yard areas, especially since the snake came towards us as soon as we arrived at the villa. I recommend the hotel if your goal is to sunbathe in your own peace. "
