”There was no water in the taps/shower on day 1. The lady at reception knew about it in the night itself about the water problem when we checked in but never tried to sort out or arrange anything. Next day morning when we were rushing to catch our train, we realised there's no water. Next day, she said it's all sorted but when we reached in night it was all cold water. Don't recommend to anyone.”

”If you are travelling to Ollantaytambo, you have to stay at The Quechua Lodge. The property is so pretty, the location is wonderful, and it is incredibly relaxing and Zen. It has a cozy, small community feel where you immediately feel at home. Edith and her husband Stijn were absolutely amazing. What really set them apart was how they cared for me when I got sick during my stay. They actually went to the pharmacy themselves to get me medicine and made sure I was looked after until I recovered....

”Very nice stay i really liked it. the only thing was that it was hard to find the location because when you click the address it says unknown address so we walked around for an hour and a half trying to find it until someone that worked in a grocery store was able to call them and help us find it. the service out there is pretty bad unless u find wifi. but the hotel is super nice and clean and staff were very helpful”

Los sillones de la recepción y baño son sucios, el patio no es como el de la foto hay perros y gatos en la propiedad que incluso duermen en el lugar del desayuno. La habitación no tiene comodidad. No hay toallas para las manos. No lo recomiendo”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kantu Inn. It's a quaint hotel with lots of personal service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Marcelo. We loved his big smile and hospitality. He remembered our names and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. He's also a wonderful cook--he prepared delicious and healthy meals. Although the room was small, it was just what we needed, especially given all of our activities in and around the town. And the location was PERFECT,...

”Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean. There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule. Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water. The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash. Would stay again.”
