”Despite being an older property this hotel has kept the best of the past and integrated it with currently accepted standards. The hotel and staff couldn't be better. The room was comfortable and had a lovely table next to the window seating area for two with a large table next to the window. Walking to your room every staff member greeted you with a welcome and a smile. The location was great and for our first visit to Waterford itvset the stage.”

”Great to have onsite decent gym with studio. Pool and spa. Restaurant had live music sat and sun nights while i was there. Was packed of locals and guests. Breakfast was tasty. Parking is only a short walk away. I was in the new area of the hotel which was a bit of an internal maze to get to (few stairs - there are lifts). But room overlooked river and bed was comfortable. Didn’t get any noise from the gym considering it was close to room. Enjoyed my stay.”

”Great”

”All good”

”From the moment you pull in the driveway you get a sense of calm. The landscape is absolutely stunning. You are greeted at the door by one of the owners. They show you around then take you upstairs to your room. The decor was very calming and having its own bathroom in your room is a great bonus. Breakfast was made to order and prepared by o e of the owners as well. These 2 men have created a BnB that they should be extremely proud of. If we ever come back to this part of Ireland, we will 100%...

”Great room and lovely staff”

”Staff was excellent. We had inquired about laundry services through the expedia app. When we arrived, she had researched local places, as the inhouse had a 24hour turnaround service, but we were only staying 1 night.”

”Great staff! Excellent food!”

”Cute place to stay above a lovely pub and on the water. Good value for money. Pros: dog friendly, beach access, beverage tray with sparkling water and tea/instant coffee and a kettle (always nice). Little things that could be improved: there was no full size bath towel, just a hand towel and shower mat, window had been left ajar for fresh air (which is great) but meant that by the time I arrived, there were a ton of knats/midges/little bugs inside and outside the window.”

”Basic accommodation in a building separate from the pub. My room smelt a bit weird. The shower lacked vigour and could not be detached from the wall. The staff were good.”

”Lovely food friendly staff and clean place to stay”

”The huts and gardens were fantastic. The huts had everything you needed and were clean and tidy. Loved sitting in the hot tub at night watching the bats! ”

”Beautiful setting Amazing”
