Early Check-Ins/Late Check-Outs: We offer the option for early check-ins and late check-outs at an additional cost of $10 per hour, with a maximum of 2 extra hours. This fee covers express cleaning.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
