The Space:

This two-bedroom apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Merivale, offering a prime location just moments away from an array of bars, cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket. Designed to provide a "home away from home" experience, the apartment is tastefully furnished and seamlessly connects to a shared garden setting, creating an idyllic retreat to unwind and rejuvenate.



The property features two well-appointed bedrooms, with one offering a queen bed and the other equipped with two single beds, catering to various accommodation needs. There is one shared bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen complete with laundry facilities.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to one designated off-street parking spot conveniently located in front of the garage. Private entrance with electric lock and guest specific access code for your safety.



The Neighborhood:

Directly across the road from Merivale Mall shops and bars, and minutes walk from Papanui Road public transport. This is a vibrant and safe neighbourhood for your holiday or business stay.



Getting Around:

All main attractions are within a short car ride away. Most places are within walking distance or there are regular buses along Papanui Road. Taxis, Ubers, and Lime Scooters are all available in this area.



Other Things to Note:

For stays of two weeks or longer, we’re happy to provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to keep everything fresh for you! If you’d also like a fresh linen change for a small fee, just let us know and we’ll get that scheduled at the same time.
