Downstairs a fully functional kitchen with heat pump, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, tea coffee and sugar. The washing machine/ dryer is located in the kitchen. Comfy couch to sit and relax and watch a spot of TV on your 42 inch smart TV. Netflix and You Tube apps. available.Please use your own log in particulars.
Courtyard accessed from open plan kitchen dining with outdoor table and chairs. Fully fenced so children will be safe.

I do not live on the premises but live close by. I am available by phone or text between the hours of 8am to 6 pm.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.
Please refrain from making loud noise outside between 9 pm and 7am.If you are unable to comply with these rules we ask you not to bookwith us.
Additionally parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is strictly 10am late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is not prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.Thanks for your understanding.
