”This place was fantastic. Close to the centre of Christchurch (easy walking distance), very clean and well appointed. The communication with the owners/managers was brilliant. The only things that would have made it 100% perfect would have been an assigned car park inside the complex (but I was lucky to find parking on the street). And the WiFi signal could have been better. I would definitely go back there!”

There is parking out the front of the apartment for about 6 cars but a few times we had to park down Cashel Street or in the bottleshop car park due to no spaces left. ”Place was fine, the review is more about the communication from the host. While nice, I was mislead regarding the "Includes parking" section of their advert. I messaged them right after booking about the nature of the car park, they replied "Yes correct (you) have a designated parking spot. It’s right next door to the townhouse". This is not accurate as closer to the check in day I get told that the car park is actually "100 meters down the road"(much closer to 300), this is not designated...
