”This inn is truly a gem. It was my best stay anywhere, ever. That sounds like hyperbole, but it's not. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was excellent! And not to mention, historic charm. We will be back, and we have already booked two additional stays. ”

”112 has mold in the air conditioner and some random white powder on the hair dryer. The floor was so dirty that after your shower, if you walked on it barefoot, your feet would turn black. Our other room was fine besides the floors. The lady at the desk was rude. There was 5 of us splitting 3 towels and we went and asked for more. She told us to “make sure they were all there” when we left as if we wanted to steal some low quality towels? Girl, bye! I got better towels at home. That is not a...

”I’m typically not a person who leaves a bad review…. But this was BAD. Our room smelled like a toilet. No water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was awful. The tables to eat breakfast were dirty. No one there wiping them off between people eating. The pool had so much chlorine it made my son sick because he couldn’t breathe. Horrible. Will pay more money elsewhere and drive further. Don’t recommend. ”

”Additional charge for two very small yorkies was too high, $140 for two nights. Also, The floor of the room should be wet mopped between customers, as our feet became dirty if we walked barefoot in the room even from the bathroom to the bed. ”

”The hotel needs an upgrade, I love Fairfield typically. The shower was very outdated and was hard to operate. The walls throughout the hotel and doors were very runned down. The breakfast was not great compared to what they typically have and the pool was closed! Without any warning. Also trains go by all night woke up at 11am 4am and 6 because of it not sure they can help that but wouldn't stay here again. Also smelled of weed on the first floor by the elevators. For $200 a night it's shameful...

”Wife and I were traveling for Business. We love to stay there the staff is helpful and friendly. Lorraine and Jessica were great with check in and out. ”

”parking was OK and room was clean. When we checked in the 2nd time, first time room was not ready, was told they had a broken water pipe so did not have water for a few hours. around midnight some one was gunning their car to make it back fire and then around 2:15 AM some men decided to chat in the hall way till around 3AM. So did not have a very restful sleep ”

”Broken bathroom door and shower curtain rod, stained bed linens, smoke alarm was beeping from the moment we walked through the door. Canceled our stay and went to a different place.”

”Have stayed at this property several times with excellent experiences. However, there was a noticeable difference in this stay. The entire back wall of the shower had been shattered and patched back together with epoxy. A very shabby repair and less than welcoming. Your beds are comfortable; however they were too high for my mother to get in and out off. When I requested a step stool from the desk you would have thought I had four heads. While checking out I needed to speak to someone in person....
